To introduce the underserved community to the game of tennis and the lifelong benefits of physical activity for success, on and off the court.
We provide free tennis instruction and education with the goal of promoting responsibility, character development, and leadership skills.
Our History
In 1978, Wilmington Seagulls Tennis Association (WSTA) was founded by a group of tennis friends to promote an appreciation for tennis, athleticism and sportsmanship. WSTA held youth summer camps in Wilmington, NC to introduce children to the game of tennis, develop and train children into good tennis players and promote positive character.
We are proud to be a part of the tennis community and look forward to serving Wilmington for many years to come.
